Expectations and ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building. Add topics of community interest. Participate very actively in forums, providing answers to their questions, and resources to help them. Community Moderation. Keep the bad stuff out and the good stuff in. Community Help. Assist those who have technical issues to full resolution. You don't need to be a techie - just someone who understands how to use the site. Community Feedback. Collect feedback on site and provide to bookoo.com team. Skills:Fast typer - you can type a whole lot of words in a little bit of time. Internet whiz - you know your way around most of the internet world. The areas you don?t already know? You learn those quickly. Clear communicator and writer - Other people understand you. And you understand them. Even-keeled. You have the power of tremendous self-restraint even in the face of others? immature, emotionally-driven behavior, especially when that may be directed at you. That?s a plus (bookoo is heavily used by military families), but not a requirement. Pay: $13/hr, with performance bonuses Hours: Approximately 25-30 hours/week.
