Here at bookoo, we are involved with several different businesses, not all bookoo-related. :) We have an opening for a horse fencing supply company (website: RedstoneSupply.com )

Details below:

Job Description: Customer Service for a horse fencing supply ecommerce business that sees a surge in the summertime. You will be handling customer questions via phone, email, and online chat. You will be developing fencing quotes for customers. You will be helping process customer orders, and working with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery of orders. No prior horse fencing expertise needed, but you must be willing to learn quickly.

Hours: 8-5, M-F, at the Bookoo Building in Oswego. You'll work alongside us, just on something else.

Personality Traits: Must love talking to people and helping them. You will spend several hours each day on the phone. Prior sales experience a plus, but not necessary. Must be detail-oriented (a bit OCD is okay, too!).

Duration: Start would be ASAP. This job will last for 3 months, with the strong possibility of it becoming permanent, depending on performance.

Compensation: $12/hr + performance-based commission.
