Rare Victorian (Art Nouveau?) Iron Bird Cage/Lombard

FINAL REDUCTION. Approx. 4 feet tall, 24-inch diameter. Weighs around 40 lbs. Intricate scrollwork, one perch, latch door (latch is misaligned from rust, I wired it shut). Weathering and wear consistent with age and outdoor environment. Hubby welded 3 heavy-duty iron feet to base for stability in my garden. I trained a honeysuckle vine through it and enjoyed watching birds feast on the red berries. (A comparator is priced at $8,600 on one vintage site!!)
