This is a wicker basket on a black metal stand.The basket is 19" long by 16" wide by 16" tall with a lid , 2 leather handles , a leather closing strap and brackets inside to hold file folders.The stand is 20" long by 17" wide by 18" tall and has a removable shelf 9" off the floor. Together the overall height is 34". As noted it set up to hold file folders however it also can be utilized for misc. storage , etc. Everything is in very good condition and cash at time of pick up.
