Great condition, very heavy piece, comes from a pet friendly home.
This is a loved piece in this family for close to 40 years, but it is time to down size.

We were told this is a Chippendale, over 120 years old, has been reupholstered a few times, the most recent was several years ago, and each time the original stuffing was used in the cushion's.

There is no ware in the material and the feet have never been refinished.
