Rocking/Swivel chair - broken but maybe you can fix it?

I have this rocker with foot rest. It's supposed to rock forward and back and swivels. At some point, it started to also move side to side.

Other than that, it's in good condition!

The leather is intact and everything.

Hoping someone who is gifted with mechanical skills can take it and fix it.
